We are seeking to recruit 2 Development Sales Managers (Sales Executives) to join our Sales team in the Southern Region, based in the Basingstoke area. One will be based at our Farnham site, and the other will have a flexible location across other sites in the region.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the daily sales activities on a development, acting as the main contact for potential and existing customers. You will be responsible for securing home sales and managing the customer journey in line with company standards, procedures, and targets.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and proficient in IT.
