Role Overview:

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to support our delegate acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in B2B sales, with a clear pathway to professional growth and ongoing development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research to identify and assess potential event attendees based on provided criteria.
  • Engage with prospects via phone and email to communicate the benefits of attending our events.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through consistent outreach efforts.
  • Apply persuasive communication strategies to convert prospects into confirmed participants.
  • Assist with administrative tasks including CRM updates and scheduling when needed.
  • Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to ensure event success.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a sales-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to adapt to new technologies.
  • An interest in technology and cybersecurity is a bonus, but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
