Salary up to £32,000 based on experience + bonus

The parent company is a US-founded home-services franchisor (40 yrs), UK-launched in 2010. Its six UK premium brands now span 330 locations and 4,000+ operatives.

One of its premium brands is a market-leading kitchen makeover/refurbishment specialist with 90 UK franchises, multi-award winning and highly regarded in the franchise sector and they are looking for a sales executive to join their team.

Purpose of the Role

Drive revenue by converting warm B2C leads-individuals who requested a quote but did not proceed-into booked home or showroom appointments, supporting franchisees and maximising sales conversion through proactive outreach and relationship management.

Essential skills needed

  • Proven B2C telesales/sales-executive experience, with strong conversion track record
  • Skilled in nurturing 'warm' leads via calls, emails and multi-channel outreach
  • Confident on the phone; resilient under rejection; excellent listening and objection-handling skills
  • CRM-savvy: accurate pipeline management and data entry
  • Strong organisational skills; ability to juggle multiple leads and appointments
  • Proactive, self-motivated with 'extra-mile' attitude
