Sales Executive – Sponsorship SalesFully Remote | £40,000 – £45,000 + CommissionA growing international events and conferences company is seeking a Sales Executive to join its commercial team. This is a fully remote role with excellent earning potential, strong career progression, and the chance to work on high-level B2B events with senior corporate decision-makers worldwide.As Sales Executive, you will focus on driving new business sponsorship sales across a portfolio of events. This role is ideal for someone who already has events industry sales experience and is looking to accelerate their career in a high-growth, global business.ResponsibilitiesProspecting and generating new business opportunitiesEngaging senior corporate directors and decision-makersDelivering tailored pitches and closing sponsorship dealsManaging a pipeline through CRM and lead generation toolsConsistently achieving and exceeding sales targetsRequirementsMinimum 2–3 years’ sponsorship sales experience within conferences, exhibitions, or eventsStrong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsConfident selling B2B at director level and aboveResults-driven, resilient, and highly motivated by commission potentialNo SaaS/software-only sales, delegate sales, or account management-only backgroundsWhat’s on OfferCompetitive base salary of £40,000 – £45,000 plus uncapped commissionFully remote role with global exposureMonthly events ensuring regular earning potentialStructured training and developmentClear career progression into senior sales and management positionsDNA is committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive community and welcomes applications from candidates of all backgrounds.
