Waylands is a family-owned motor retailer with 15 representation points across the Thames Valley and the M4 corridor, extending into South Wales.ResponsibilitiesSelling our range of new and used cars.Communicating effectively with colleagues and accurately completing paperwork to ensure delivery deadlines and promises are met.Maintaining customer records and staying in touch with existing clients to meet ongoing aftersales needs.Managing your database of prospective customers to create new opportunities.Ensuring the showroom looks presentable at all times.Creating and sending customised video presentations to potential customers to highlight features and benefits.Ensuring all sales are compliant with Finance Conduct Authority legislation.RequirementsExperience selling cars.Enthusiastic approach to meeting every customer in person, via email or by phone.Attention to detail and ability to remember personal details about customers.Ability to help customers buy a suitable new or used car and meet targets.Highly organised with attention to detail; accuracy for customers.Full driving licence held for at least one year.Professional, friendly manner and strong communication with influencing skills.What you get in return5.5-day week on a set rota including weekends (45 hours per week).Basic salary of £19,380 plus commissions and bonuses (OTE £51k).Company Car.31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays).Benefits platform with employee support programme.Discounted rates on vehicle parts and servicing.Opportunities for training and career progression.Contributory pension scheme for eligible staff.3x salary life insurance.Why Waylands?Waylands is an independent family-owned car dealer.
