Your Role as a Sales Executive/Advisor Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Your responsibilities will include
Delivering outstanding customer service to every visitor. Signing up new customers and meeting store sales targets. Consulting with customers to understand their storage needs and offering tailored solutions. Managing enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Selling in-store products and services. Maintaining accurate customer records in the database. Assisting with debt management for customer accounts. Working collaboratively to help the store thrive. Keeping the store organised and well‑maintained.
