Trainee Sales Designer / £25,000 + Uncapped Commission / Luxury Interiors Company / Kent

Our client, a leading independent luxury kitchen company just outside London is looking for a Trainee Sales Designer to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in interior design and sales, full training will be provided!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming new clients and supporting them through the design process
  • Listening carefully to clients’ ideas and helping bring their dream kitchen to life
  • Learning how to use design software (CAD) to create kitchen layouts
  • Showing clients around the showroom and explaining product options
  • Assisting with pricing, quotations, and design presentations
  • Helping to prepare final designs and documentation for installation


What We’re Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in design, interiors, or home improvement
  • Great communication and listening skills
  • A friendly, professional manner with a positive attitude
  • Organised and eager to learn new skills
  • Confident using computers, experience with design software is a bonus, but not required


This is a brilliant role for someone looking to start their journey in design and sales within the luxury interiors industry. You’ll receive ongoing training, mentoring, and the chance to earn uncapped commission as you grow your skills.
