This is your chance to represent an award-winning brand and drive your earning potential. The Opportunity: Drive Success As a Vehicle Sales Executive, you will be crucial to our dealership's success. Your primary goal will be to exceed customer expectations and hit sales targets by managing the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to vehicle handover. Key Responsibilities
Proactively engaging with customers on the showroom floor and remotely (phone/email). Mastering the features and benefits of the full range of new Skoda models and our high-quality used stock. Guiding customers through finance and insurance options to ensure a complete and ethical sale. Maintaining strong product knowledge and staying updated on market trends. Managing customer databases and following up efficiently to maximise repeat and referral business.

What You'll Bring We are looking for someone with a passion for sales and a commitment to customer service excellence:
Proven experience in a customer-facing sales role (automotive experience is highly desirable, but we will consider exceptional candidates from other competitive sales backgrounds). A strong, results-driven work ethic and a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. A professional and well-presented appearance. A valid, clean UK Driving License is essential.
