Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and candidates
- Keep up to date with industry trends and changes to tailor sales strategies accordingly

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
