Salary:£26,000 - £30,000 starting, as this is a noncommission role, salaries will increase on conversion/Targets.

About the Role:Our highly regarded clients are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join their team in Sandbach. The successful candidate will have experience with phone-based sales and will be enthusiastic about making calls throughout the day. This is not a cold-calling role, as you will have pre-qualified leads of individuals who may be interested in making claims for matters such as mortgage mis-selling and the diesel emissions scandal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads, provided by the company.
  • Engage with potential claimants, explaining the claim process and the benefits of filing a claim.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanour during all phone interactions.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets to drive business growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive claimant experience.
  • Accurately record and update claimant information in the company's CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a phone-based sales role is preferable.
  • Comfortable and happy to make calls throughout the day.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated and goal-oriented with a desire for career progression.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
