Job Summary:
The Regional Director will sell Provation Clinical Documentation software solutions (Provation MD & Provation Apex) to healthcare facilities performing Gastroenterology (GI) procedures.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to open, advance, and close customer opportunities.
- Perform value-based selling in a consultative manner.
- Meet sales KPIs and manage proposal and negotiations.
- Manage customer relationships, identify key influencers, and build relationships with stakeholders.
- Manage the sales funnel from lead to close, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Build market demand, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with solutions consultants.
- Maintain product knowledge, stay current on market trends, and utilize sales tools effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA).
- Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
- Experience with SaaS software.
- 5+ years of sales experience in point-of-care solutions.
- Proven healthcare sales record.
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to travel 50-75%.
- Strong communication, organizational, and strategic skills.
- Customer-focused with high accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Pay Range:
USD 129,500 - 240,500 including incentives/commissions.
