As a Sales Leader, you will have the support of the Head of Business to develop, encourage, inspire, and enhance the team's current sales and success by providing the Used Car Sales Team with the framework, guidance, assurance, and enthusiasm to optimise both individual and collective potential for unparalleled success.

Your Journey as a Sales Leader:
- You will be the driving force behind your Sales Team, igniting motivation and providing expert coaching to ensure targets and goals are achieved.
- Ensuring your sales team delivers and maintains a high level of customer service, achieving top CSI scores for your dealership.
- Responsible for implementing compliance standards in line with manufacturer standards and customer obligations, ensuring trust and integrity in all we do.
- Meeting standards for providing fair financial advice and services, adhering to FCA regulations.
- You will ensure the dealership is well presented, with stock well managed, leaving a lasting impression on visitors.
