The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you’ll manage your local strategy, marketing, and hours, directly impacting your earnings. You’ll grow your estate agency in your area, from prospecting to negotiating, supported by Nested’s marketing resources and in-house support.

You’ll handle client relationships from start to finish, using our smart selling app. Our commission structure starts at 75% of revenue, increasing to 100%, rewarding your effort and skill.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of top-tier estate agency experience, including valuation, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Strong marketing and lead generation skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive attitude, and passion for your craft.
• Deep knowledge of your local area and its amenities.
• Alignment with Nested’s values and customer-centric approach.
• Social media skills are a bonus; enthusiasm for personal brand building is expected.
