Sales Manager – Freight

Salary £65,000 - £80,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Commission (Up-to 25%)

About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Manager to join a growing team within a well-established logistics business. This company has had a European presence for over 50 years and is currently in their next phase of expansion.

What’s on offer?

Package:

• Salary: £65,000 - £80,000
• Commission: Up-to 25% of profit for life of the account
• Company Car / Car allowance
• 28 Days annual leave + Bank Holidays

Day to day responsibilities:

• Bringing on new business in line with agreed targets
• Overseeing/Building a team of BDM's
• Hiring and Firing & Full P&L Responsibility
• Selling and promoting a well-established Multimodal service

What you’ll need:

• Experience selling Road, Air or Sea Freight
• Strong drive to build long lasting relationships
• Have a minimum of 3 year Senior Sales experience (Bonus if you have Managerial experience)
• Thorough in-depth knowledge of the Freight industry
