Job Title: Sales Manager - Middle East & Diplomatic, Luxury Leisure Department: Proactive Sales, Sales & Marketing Inspired and Supported by: Senior Sales Manager, Luxury Leisure Your purpose will be: The Savoy, A Fairmont Managed Hotel is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager to join our Sales team. This role will focus primarily on supporting Middle East & Diplomatic market and will work closely under the guidance of the Senior Sales Manager Luxury Leisure. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury hospitality, highly organised, commercially driven, and relationship-focused. This role requires a team player who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in engaging with high-end clients, travel advisors, and industry partners. You will be accountable for: Sales Support & Coordination Manage and grow key accounts in Middle East & Diplomatic segment. Coordinate sales activities, appointments, and follow-ups with travel partners and agencies. Maintain up-to-date sales presentations, reports, and production figures. Support the Leisure department with sales activities, appointments, enquiries, and administration tasks. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with Middle Eastern leisure travel agents & Embassies. Deliver timely, professional responses to client inquiries in line with Savoy standards. Support on fam trips, site inspections, and trade shows. Market Development Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential accounts to target. Represent The Savoy at trade shows, roadshows, and client events as required (occasional travel required). Collaboration & Communication Work collaboratively with the marketing, reservations, and revenue teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies. Prepare and share weekly sales updates and account performance reports. What you will need to do in this role? Experience in sales, reservations, or client-facing roles within luxury hospitality or travel preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with confidence in client interaction. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage. Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Strong knowledge of the luxury travel industry and/or key markets (Middle East). Passion for luxury service, storytelling, and building genuine relationships..
