Key Role Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of junior and senior Account Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Take overall responsibility for team performance, growth, and market share expansion.
  • Recruit additional sales talent to support long-term business development goals.
  • Oversee and lead marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives and generate new opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular performance reporting, forecasting, and strategic input to senior leadership.


Key Attributes Required

  • Proven experience in a B2B IT solutions sales leadership role.
  • Track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to build and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in hiring and onboarding sales professionals to support business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a hands-on, motivational leadership style.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and able to travel to Crowthorne regularly.
