Are you an experienced Sales Manager looking to join a thriving independent estate agency?

Our client is a respected, successful, and rapidly growing independent estate agency, and due to constant business growth, they are seeking a Sales Manager to join their friendly team based in Chigwell.

Working days:

As a Sales Manager, you will be required to work 5 days per week.

Salary package on offer:

  • Basic salary circa £28,000
  • 1st Year OTE | 40,000 + (Uncapped)
  • 2nd Year OTE | £60,000 + (Uncapped)
  • Excellent Commission Structure

  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Drive the business forward by offering excellent customer service
  • Registering customers
  • Booking and attending market appraisals
  • Matching requirements & arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
  • Overseeing a small team
  • Setting KPI’s for the team
