Our client is the manufacturer and seller of sensor systems for complete home health monitoring. Their product for senior care displays and evaluates everything that happens in the home, a care facility, nursing home, or hospital, and immediately notifies emergency responders in case of a fall or health change.
They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager in the UK. This is a full-time, home office-based position.
Job Requirements:
- Looking for an exciting, intensive, and demanding sales role, requiring high motivation, energy, and willingness to travel up to 50% per month.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in B2B customer interaction (business development, sales) in the UK market.
- Great team player, capable of working independently when needed.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent and fluent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Existing network of relationships with municipalities, Telecare dealers, distributors, health insurance providers, key opinion leaders, and others in the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify sales opportunities across channels: municipalities, telecare distributors, nurse call system providers, alarm and security systems, senior care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
- Qualify and develop potential partners, distributors, dealers, and OEM customers throughout the UK.
- Engage potential B2B customers and collaborate with headquarters abroad during evaluations.
- Build and maintain a network of partners and distributors for current and future products.
- Monitor partner and distributor performance.
- Set and review sales targets for local partners.
- Participate in conferences, events, webinars, and marketing activities.
