Your Responsibilities

Job Objective:
 
 
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for key consumer electronics retail and DIY accounts in UK and Ireland, with the goal of achieving or exceeding sales targets and supporting the company’s growth. This role focuses on managing existing retail partners and exploring new opportunities in the DIY sector.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for UK&IE to ensure achievement of company sales goals.

• Manage and grow relationships with key retail accounts including Currys, John Lewis, Argos, Harvey Norman and others.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within DIY chains such as B&Q, Screwfix, Woodie’s and others.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales structures and processes.

• Drive new product introductions and coordinate related marketing activities with key accounts.

• Monitor and actively manage sales activities and performance.

• Ensure strong brand presence and improve brand awareness.

• Provide regular market and account analysis to support strategic decisions.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in consumer electronics or home improvement sectors.

• Proven track record of working with UK & IE retail and/or DIY chains.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently from a home office.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Willingness to travel within UK & IE as needed.
