Your new roleAs Sales and Operational Manager, you'll be at the heart of the business, supporting day-to-day leasing, sales, and operational activities. You'll work closely with internal teams, depots, hauliers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery and collection processes, while also helping to drive business growth through proactive sales support and client engagement.
Key responsibilities include:Supporting sales enquiries, generating quotes, and following up with potential clients.
Assisting in business development and maintaining customer relationships.
Coordinating container deliveries, installations, and collections with depots and hauliers.
Managing off-hire processes and ensuring service levels are met.
Maintaining accurate system records and contributing to operational reporting.
Attending trade shows, exhibitions, and internal sales meetings.

What you'll need to succeedYou'll bring at least 3 years of experience in leasing and/or sales, along with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a UK driving licence are essential. You should live within 50 miles of Rainham and be authorised to work in the UK.
