We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to take charge of our UK market – with a particular focus on Southern England.

He /She will be responsible to:

• Grow sales across our full product portfolio
• Strengthen and expand relationships with existing clients
• Drive strategic initiatives to unlock new business opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Executing the sales strategy for the UK markets, with a focus on growth in turnover for new and existing business relations / market segments
• Achieving sales targets
• Identifying and actively monitoring business opportunities in FPI’s designated market segments and analyze competitor’s behavior
• Coordinating and delivering quotations in cooperation with the Inside Sales Team and Engineering Department
• Contributing in a proactive way to the professional development of the sales organization

More about this role:

• Reporting to the Area Sales Sr. Manager.
• This role offers remote working flexibility with regular visits to our London, UK office.
• The role also entails significant travel, with approximately 50% or more spent traveling across the UK, along with occasional international trips as required.

Role Requirements

• University degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in a similar environment

Skills

• Strong business acumen.
• Proven experience in selling project-based solutions or pipe systems.
• Good technical knowledge and aptitude.
• Knowledge, experience and a network in different industries is a plus.
• Team builder who can include different functions and different levels of seniority (both internal and external).
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Additional language is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office, CRM-software.
