We’re growing — and we need a Sales Manager who’s ready to grow with us.
If you’re commercially driven, love building relationships, and want real ownership, this is for you. You’ll lead strategy, develop key accounts, and work closely with our Client Services Director to shape how we show up in the market. Clear path to Sales Director for the right person.
What you’ll do
- Drive sales strategy and build a high-quality pipeline
- Lead proposals, tenders and pitches; manage complex, multi-site deals
- Represent X3 at industry events and grow our brand presence
- Partner with delivery teams for smooth client handovers and standout service
What you bring
- Proven track record in B2B sales (events industry experience is a must!)
- Confident with key accounts and long-cycle opportunities
- Strong communicator, proactive and collaborative
- CRM savvy (HubSpot preferred)
