My client is a fast-growing, performance-led business transforming how investment properties are bought and sold. They’re seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a team of outbound sales reps and drive a culture built on standards, accountability, and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales reps
  • Lead daily meetings, training, and performance reviews
  • Drive KPIs: calls, conversions, offers, revenue
  • Enforce sales systems, scripts, and standards
  • Challenge underperformance and build a high-output culture
  • Collaborate with leadership to evolve sales processes
