What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive sponsorship sales across a portfolio of high-quality live events
- Build lasting client relationships through consultative, solution-led selling
- Identify and convert new business opportunities via outbound outreach and networking
- Create tailored partnership proposals that demonstrate commercial value and audience alignment
- Attend competitor events to identify leads and stay ahead of market trends
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, ops, content) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Be on-site for your events — building client relationships and maximising rebook opportunities

What’s On Offer
- Up to £45k basic salary (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission: 3% on all sales, rising to 5% on sponsorships
- Typical deal sizes range from £3k to £25k+
- Remote-based with occasional travel to events
