Overview:
Are you an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in technical sales and the combustion or heating industry? We’re looking for a motivated and commercially focused individual to take ownership of a key territory across the UK and Ireland, leading sales and business development within the Burner Division.
You’ll be responsible for growing market share, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sales performance in a specialist technical environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the combustion, heating, and process sectors
* Manage and grow relationships with OEMs, distributors, service partners, and key clients
* Deliver tailored quotations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with revenue and growth targets
* Manage a product portfolio in line with market demand and changing legislation
* Track and report on sales activities, forecasts, and market trends
* Attend industry exhibitions, client meetings, and trade events to promote products and services
* Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering or technical equivalent (preferred, not essential)
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technical sales role
