This is a strategic, field-based role focused on expanding brand presence and building strong, lasting partnerships with independent retailers, pet boutiques, and lifestyle stores across the UK. You’ll be the face of the brand on the ground — trusted, entrepreneurial, and style-savvy — with full autonomy to make an impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and expanding a national portfolio of retail stockists
Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive outreach
Leading face-to-face visits, trade shows, and retail pop-ups to bring the brand to life
Partnering with the internal team to share market insights and shape strategy
Driving new account wins and repeat business through exceptional relationship building
Consistently hitting (and exceeding) sales and growth targets

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in field sales, territory management or wholesale account growth
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a natural commercial instinct
Confidence presenting a high-quality product range and building rapport face-to-face
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the country
A genuine passion for pets, design, and retail
