GreenCrop, part of the Ben Burgess Group, has grown from a local manufacturer and importer in the East of England to a UK-wide supplier of clean water irrigation, dirty water, and slurry systems. Our dealer network covers a broad range of solutions, including digestate separators, pumps, and mixing systems for AD plants.
Looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the charge in growing our UK sales network, building strategic relationships, and expanding our national footprint. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on autonomy, excels at stakeholder engagement, and is passionate about driving results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across the UK.
- Managing and developing relationships with our dealership network, suppliers, and customers.
- Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and markets.
- Working closely with our service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Representing GreenCrop at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events at home and abroad.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
- Delivering product training and support to the dealer network.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally within agriculture, plant, or automotive sectors.
- A solid understanding of agricultural or mechanical machinery is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Flexible, innovative, and eager to learn.
- Willingness to travel across the UK and internationally as required.
