* Early-career professionals passionate about global trade, energy markets, or shipping * Strong communication, sales, and analytical skills * Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience, drive, and a hunger to learn * Persistent and driven * Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) * Academic background in business, shipping, finance, economics, or related fields preferred, but not required
