We’re now looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to help strengthen our digital presence, drive sales, and expand our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing and sales campaigns to grow our online and wholesale business.
- Manage daily online shop operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and visual presentation — keeping our brand consistent and engaging.
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, paid advertising, and email marketing.
- Research market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities in the jewellery and accessories sector.
- Write and adapt marketing content — such as product descriptions, newsletters, and promotional materials — in line with our brand voice.
- Work closely with our design team to develop creative marketing materials that strengthen our brand and support commercial goals.
- Optimise product content and SEO to increase visibility and conversion.
- Provide excellent client service, managing enquiries and bespoke orders with care and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, generating new leads and encouraging repeat business.
- Monitor marketing and sales performance, preparing reports and sharing ideas for improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely order fulfilment and after‑sales support.
About You
- Good understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- A creative thinker with a genuine interest in jewellery, design, and lifestyle products.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (such as Mandarin) are a plus.
