We’re now looking for a proactive and creative Sales & Marketing Executive to help strengthen our digital presence, drive sales, and expand our global customer base.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver marketing and sales campaigns to grow our online and wholesale business.
Manage daily online shop operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and visual presentation — keeping our brand consistent and engaging.
Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, paid advertising, and email marketing.
Research market trends and competitors to spot new opportunities in the jewellery and accessories sector.
Write and adapt marketing content — such as product descriptions, newsletters, and promotional materials — in line with our brand voice.
Work closely with our design team to develop creative marketing materials that strengthen our brand and support commercial goals.
Optimise product content and SEO to increase visibility and conversion.
Provide excellent client service, managing enquiries and bespoke orders with care and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, generating new leads and encouraging repeat business.
Monitor marketing and sales performance, preparing reports and sharing ideas for improvement.
Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth, timely order fulfilment and after‑sales support.
About You
Good understanding of e‑commerce platforms and digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
A creative thinker with a genuine interest in jewellery, design, and lifestyle products.
Fluent in English; additional languages (such as Mandarin) are a plus.
