As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:
Basic salary circa £24,000 Realistic OTE between £40,000-£45,000 (Uncapped) 5 day working week Full support from the Director of the business Career progression Business mileage As a Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:
Successfully negotiating offers and securing deals Driving the business forward by providing exceptional customer service at every stage Arranging and attending viewings, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties Greeting buyers and vendors, offering expert advice and support Registering customers and matching their requirements to suitable properties Calling out new properties to the market, keeping clients informed and engaged Progressing sales through to completion To be considered for the Sales Negotiator position, you must have:
At least 12 months of experience as a Sales Negotiator (Must be recent) Ideally, knowledge of the Brentwood market Career driven Team player but with individual flair Used to working in a team environment Excellent customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach Motivated, ambitious, and committed to delivering exceptional results Driving licence with access to own vehicle
