Our Strategy and Planning team, part of our broader Sales Operations team, aims to accelerate our Sales organization’s growth. This team acts as strategic partners to our Senior Sales Leaders, handling initiatives like analyzing business rules, piloting new sales roles, optimizing sales processes, and deriving insights from sales data.
We seek a senior analyst to support this function, building relationships with sales leadership and driving initiatives to unlock revenue. The ideal candidate understands what makes a sales team thrive, has a passion for data analysis and storytelling, and can shape narratives to support sales growth.
As a Senior Sales Strategy & Planning Analyst, you will:
Drive the analytical rhythm of our business, including quarterly reviews and deep dives
Partner with senior sales leadership for market and segment analyses to uncover insights
Become an expert in sales and compensation rules to understand sales operations
Design and pilot new programs to test sales roles and compensation plans
Participate in quarterly and annual sales business planning
Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
~5+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Consulting, Sales Operations, or Analytics
~ Proficient in SQL for data extraction
~ Skilled in manipulating and analyzing data using spreadsheets
~ Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, Looker)
~ Knowledge of databases and relational vs. Familiarity with navigating Salesforce
