An established technology company is looking for a Sales Operations & CRM Administrator to join their Sales department.
As the new CRM and Sales Operations Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in optimizing the sales infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, and driving the usability and effectiveness of the CRM system company-wide. You will play a key part in enhancing the productivity and efficiency of the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of the CRM platform across departments.
* Ensure CRM data integrity, accurate coding, and streamlined usability to support business operations.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align CRM capabilities with business goals.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in sales operations.
What you should bring:
