Job Purpose:  

We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to play a vital role in supporting our internal sales function. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to be a part of our dynamic team.

Key Accountabilities:

As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations within our sales function. This encompasses the efficient handling of daily order loading and quote activity, including electronic order processing. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting overall sales efforts to meet team and company targets. Task prioritization is key, ensuring that deadlines are consistently met. Ownership of customer queries is essential, and you'll be tasked with providing efficient and professional resolutions. Building strong relationships, particularly within our Internal Sales team, will be a cornerstone of your role. Additionally, you'll be responsible for promptly escalating any issues to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager for swift resolution. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be pivotal in driving our sales operations to success.
