Our management team has started over 30 companies in the last 10 years and has exited through sales and IPOs, backed by investors such as Goldman Sachs, Alibaba, Peter Thiel, and The World Bank.
We aim to empower ambitious and extraordinary talents by offering the opportunity to become a Partner through a Search Fund. We invest in and build large-scale, fast-growing business models, and also support founders and CEOs in finding and excelling in new business ventures to create extraordinary companies.
We are seeking experienced or aspiring Partners for our Search Funds. You will have the opportunity to acquire or start new companies to expand our portfolio, or become a Partner in an existing portfolio company.
You will join an ambitious network with a dedicated Board of Directors comprising experienced founders, board members, and CEOs who have started, acquired, built, and exited various companies.
You will receive significant upside potential, with compensation primarily based on equity (10-20%, depending on the business), and a base salary of up to 80K GBP.
