We’re looking for a motivated and commercially-minded Sales Professional to join our Network Sales team. This is a home-based role, ideally located in North West, covering a region that includes Manchester, Leeds, and Preston. Upto £34,000 (Depending on experience) On-Target Earnings: Up to an additional £8,000 per year for achieving sales targets Company Car + Excellent Benefits What You’ll Be Doing
Drive growth and retention by achieving regional sales targets and KPIs Build business plans with network partners to boost performance Maximise sales efficiency using tools like our CRM and data-led campaigns Protect our network through strong contractual agreements and customer engagement Optimise revenue through pricing strategies and commercial decision-making Promote safety and compliance across the network Manage the network through effective pipeline planning, partner negotiations, and asset optimisation
What We’re Looking For
Proven B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in a field-based or account management role Strong negotiation, relationship building, and influencing skills Experience of developing and delivering strategic business plans Comfortable using CRM systems and analysing performance data Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven Excellent communication, analytical, and numerical skills
