What you will do
As a Enovis Sales Representative you will drive the sale of innovative products across the complete Orthopaedic Continuum of Care from performance and mobility and post-operative rehabilitation, while maximizing efficiency and profitability for healthcare facilities.
You will achieve your assigned quota by building and maintaining a working relationship initially with existing accounts with key influencers.
You are responsible for becoming am Enovis trusted advisor, as you work with a sophisticated audience of clinical specialists, nurses, educators and administrators. Your knowledge not only of your own products, but of competitors’ offerings, builds credibility with your customers.
You will focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
As a Enovis Sales Associate, you are driven to solve real problems and make healthcare better for our customers and the patients they serve.
Role Requirements
develop strong understanding of therapy areas and align Enovis product to a range of clinicians and associated stakeholders
a territory business plan focussed on new business targets to develop a verified pipeline of sale opportunities
maintain a regular customer blueprint to support business planning
increase Enovis share of wallet in existing accounts, but also gain market share by converting competitor accounts in doing so achieving month, quarter and annual sales targets in line with business expectations
accurate and timely completion of administration – using sales tools such as EGX pipeline, week, month quarter reports
You will be expected to spend 80% of your time in field supporting existing and developing new Enovis customers.
You must be able to work to a flexible work pattern to align with our customers, e.g. the ability to work ‘out of hours’ to attend business events such as breakfast meetings and evening education seminars when required.
