Job Description Sales Representative Main Duties and Responsibilities: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our customers, products/services, competition Responsibility for trade counter sales always providing excellent customer service, dealing with customers in a courteous, professional and knowledgeable way Supporting general customer enquiries relating to trade, B2B and B2C, Internet, Telesales and CASH sales - Taking orders over the phone and in person at the trade counter, entering onto the sales order system, picking, delivery noting, invoicing where necessary Dealing with customers/clients inquires, complaints, disputes over the telephone Supporting the sales team in collection customer feedback/reviews Trustpilot Taking Cash, Credit/Debit Card and BACs payments from business and personal customers Support sales team with contacting suppliers/couriers regarding missing/late deliveries Supporting to sales team where necessary to improve sales trade conferences/meetings Assisting with stock control/audits, quality and general inbound/outbound logistics...
