NXT Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a leading agricultural business that is searching for a Sales Representative to join their growing sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced agricultural sales professional to build strong relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular visits to identify opportunities and generate new business
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, delivering exceptional service
  • Provide tailored advice and technical support
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry developments
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and business growth

    • Skills:

  • Proven experience in agricultural sales
  • Strong understanding of ruminant production systems (desirable)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently
  • Team player with a productive and consultative sales approach
  • IT skills for reporting and communication
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop
