Sales Specialist

We’re hiring Sales Specialists to power cross-sell and new business across Virgin Media O2’s Mobile & Modern Workplace portfolio. You’ll use your subject-matter expertise to shape account growth plans and, working with Customer Success and Business Development, qualify, develop, and pursue high-value opportunities. 

Key accountabilities include: 

  • Achieving sales (TCV) targets from allocated teams within your technology portfolio. 
  • Generating new business by showcasing subject matter expertise within your area and proactively seeking opportunities for XSUS and acquisition. 
  • Sales Specialists will have a new TCV target for a portfolio or other measures of new business growth as outlined in the commission scheme.

    The must haves

    In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within telecoms, IT services, or enterprise mobility with a strong background of consistently achieving individual sales quotas and closing deals that are £1m + TCV 
  • Proven success selling Modern Workplace, Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), and End User Security solutions. 
  • Confirmed ability to engage confidently with CxO-level stakeholders, clearly articulating business value from technical solutions. 
  • Experience leading virtual teams and collaborating with external partners to drive opportunity development.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Imparta 3D Advantage, Challenger, MEDDIC).
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
