About the Role We’re looking for a driven and experienced Sales Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement solutions and services. This is a high-impact role focused on both new business development and account expansion, ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment and understands the value of digital transformation.
About the Company: Our client are a renowned and well reputed Microsoft Partner who specialise in Dynamics 365 services and solutions. Having been in the market for over 20 years, they are well established and are a leader in both ERP and CRM/CE solutions.
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. Identify and engage new clients across various industries with CRM transformation needs. Deliver compelling presentations and demos tailored to client pain points. Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to scope solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to expand service offerings. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM tools. Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developments and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience selling Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions and services. Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and CRM capabilities. Demonstrated success in new business development and account growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience with consultative selling and solution-based approaches.
