Your main goal will be to enable scalable, data-driven GTM growth in EMEA by driving strategic planning, sales segmentation, and continuous process improvements.

To do so, you’ll partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership and the GTM Systems & Automation team to deliver data-driven insights, streamline operations, and execute initiatives that help the region hit ambitious growth targets.

STRATEGIC PLANNING & ANALYSIS

  • Partner with the Head of EMEA Sales to develop regional sales strategies, quotas, and territory plans.
  • Analyze sales data to generate actionable insights and drive performance improvement.
  • Translate data into strategic recommendations that inform revenue targets and growth initiatives.

FORECASTING & REGIONAL OPERATING CADENCE

  • Support accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reviews across the EMEA region.
  • Participate in the regional operating cadence and ensure alignment with global RevOps processes.
  • Design and implement scalable reporting frameworks to track regional sales performance.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & OPTIMIZATION

  • Continuously improve sales and RevOps processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with the GTM Systems & Automation team to identify automation opportunities and implement best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize tools, workflows, and enablement processes for regional teams.

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL INITIATIVES

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional GTM initiatives that drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure alignment across Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Systems teams on key projects.
  • Manage programs from concept to execution, ensuring deliverables are on time and measurable.

REQUIREMENTS

Must-haves

  • Revenue Operations experience: 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM operations roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • EMEA expertise: Supported EMEA sales teams or multinational GTM operations and understand the regional nuances.
  • Analytical mindset: Data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and forecasting to inform strategy.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Built trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
  • Systems proficiency: Comfortable with Salesforce (Admin level min.), Google Sheets, and automation tools like n8n.

Nice-to-haves

  • Data visualization skills: Dashboards or reports in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Automation mindset: Passion for using AI and automation to streamline RevOps workflows.
  • Technical depth: Working knowledge of SQL or similar analytical tools.
  • Scale-up experience: Operated in high-growth, fast-scaling B2B SaaS environments.
