Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Support and Lead Management Executive to support our sales team and create new business opportunities and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of sales and lead generation activities to support the existing sales team including a strong focus on outbound lead generation calls. This role offers an exciting opportunity to positively influence the company's sales funnel and contribute to its overall success. Duties Outbound sales calls
: Provide ongoing new contact and validated leads provision for sales team via completion of outbound call based sales activity including but not exclusive to marketing campaign follow up. Incoming enquiries:
Prequalify incoming enquiries from a range of sources where required to confirm enquiry/lead status for sales team handover for sales conversion. CRM system and customer/prospect data management:
Manage all customer and prospects data to maximise customer and prospect interaction and communication. Regularly check quality and integrity of data as part of maintain and grow prospect databases objectives. Ensure all incoming enquiries are logged and segmented via CRM system for future use for Eshots and campaigns. Campaigns and Lead Generation:
Deploy campaign activity with closely targeted campaign plan for specific direct target audiences using CRM, Mailchimp and other nominated systems. Proactively deploy sales funnel and pipeline enhancing lead generation activities. Monitor social media channels for potential new enquiries and contacts. Relationship Building:
Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, partners, and other third-party stakeholders. Be proactive with customer post sale surveys and reviews including maintenance of Google reviews. Support Sales teams with specified activities as required:
