Sales Support Co-ordinator (SSC) Permanent Position Competitive Salary Ferndown Industrial Estate Hours of work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (No working on weekends or Bank Holidays) The Role: An office based Inside Sales support role working with the Sales Director in a busy product distribution business with opportunity for career progression, the business is seeking the right individual for this key position with responsibility for driving sales growth. What we are looking for: A confident self- motivated, enthusiastic and organised person with excellent communication, IT & numerical skills, used to using the phone or communicating by e-mail, electronic or via social media. Previous experience in related merchant or trade counter roles, or with plumbing systems experience is helpful but not essential as full product training will be provided. Summary of the duties and responsibilities include: Confident talking to people, excellent at building customer rapport & relationships Initiate contact to potential customers, researching new leads, engage dormant leads. Respond to contact enquires by phone or email.
