This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, design-led business where you’ll oversee the day-to-day performance of the sales support team, ensuring excellence across every stage of the client journey. This is a full time, hybrid role based in a beautiful newly designed office in central London.
\n\nAs Sales Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service to trade and retail clients. You’ll oversee workload management, ensure KPIs are met, and keep operations running smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with senior sales and operations teams, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the brand’s reputation for quality, precision, and professionalism.
