They are now looking to recruit a highly motivated, keen, and enthusiastic Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) who can work effectively as part of an experienced and focused sales team. As a TSE, you will be involved in the full sales cycle from lead generation through to closing the deal. You will work alongside the engineering and sales team to develop quotations under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Director. Please note this role is fully on-site, so suitable applicants must be willing to commute to Harwell, Didcot, Monday to Friday.
Work with the sales and engineering teams to create detailed proposals, technical presentations and solutions. Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Build and maintain existing accounts of the global customer base. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in Salesforce. Work with the sales team to build strategies to reach sales targets. Assist in the development of sales scripts and outreach strategies. Contribute to the development of sales collateral and materials. Attend industry events or trade shows to network and identify potential leads. Support the sales team in achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation in a highly technical discipline. Educated to degree level, preferably in an Engineering, Business or Marketing discipline (2.Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools. Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial automation. Knowledge of machine vision.
Please note this is a full-time, permanent role working fully on-site, Monday to Friday ~25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays ~ Company Health Insurance
