I am recruiting for a Sales Executive on behalf of my client, a global leader in scientific software for drug discovery. This role is focused on selling a cloud-based computational platform to PhD-level scientists and research labs across Europe. The Sales Executive will take ownership of a high-value territory, managing complex sales cycles and developing long-term customer relationships within the scientific and pharmaceutical R&D community.
This is a remote role and will require regular European travel (up to 50%).
Sell scientific software solutions into the drug discovery space. Coordinate software evaluations with technical and applications teams. Represent the company at scientific conferences and events.
10+ years in scientific, software, or instrumentation sales into drug discovery or life sciences. ~ Proven success managing complex sales with technical and financial stakeholders. ~ Scientific degree (preferably in chemistry or biology). ~ Excellent communication, organisation, and CRM skills. ~ This Sales Executive role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of science and commercial strategy and is motivated to bring innovative technology to the global drug discovery community.
