Location: Remote (UK-based)

Reporting to: Commercial Director

We are seeking an experienced Senior Area Sales Manager with a proven track record in the maritime industry. The ideal candidate will bring established client relationships and industry insight to drive growth across engine, electrical, and service sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet commercial targets
  • Secure new accounts and distribution agreements
  • Lead tenders and contract negotiations with value-based pricing
  • Maintain CRM discipline and provide accurate reporting
  • Expand distributor and partner networks
  • Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions

Candidate Profile

  • Extensive experience in maritime sales with existing industry contacts
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
  • Skilled in bid management, pricing strategy, and account development
  • Technically literate in diesel power generation and marine systems
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with remote working
