Responsible for driving performance across sales teams covering UK, Ireland and Nordics, ensuring sales targets are met and identifying opportunities for sales growth and development, including the operational capabilities of the UKI Enterprise team.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship management across Public Sector Customers (employee count +1000) across North markets.
- Net new logo wins (typically 20% of annual quota) to grow annual recurring revenue in the UKI Enterprise Tier.
- X‑sell and upsell in existing customer base (typically 40% of annual quota) through cross‑sell and next‑gen technology.
- Manage customer renewals and upsell next‑gen technology (40% of annual quota).
- Collaborate with Sophos partner community to develop whitespace territories.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience driving and appetite for implementing change and a growth mindset.
- Proven track‑record in midmarket enterprise engagements specializing in sales and renewals activity for complex Software/IT solutions, ideally Cyber Security.
- Experience managing hunter and farmer sales, a channel facing team and a renewals function preferred with teams in excess of 12 headcount and $50m revenue.
- Experience managing a complex customer‑facing organization with multiple lines of business is a must.
- Strong leadership attributes, people development skills, deep understanding of the various cultures and modes of operations across the UKI Region.
- Strategic thinker with ability to transform into executable plans and tactics to drive continuous high growth.
- Ability to build and develop tight and long‑lasting links with C‑level customers, multi‑channels, partners, and other market influencers.
