As part of their continued growth in Canada, they are seeking an experienced Senior FX Sales Executive to join their expanding Toronto office.

Job Description

The Senior FX Sales Executive will be responsible for driving new business across the Canadian market, targeting SMEs and mid-market corporates with international payment and FX requirements. You will leverage your sales experience and market knowledge to deliver tailored solutions while maintaining long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for a driven, ambitious sales professional with a background in FX or financial services who wants to build their career in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work in a high-energy, collaborative team supported by global infrastructure, industry-leading technology, and a competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate new business from corporate clients with cross-border payment or FX needs.
  • Sell FX risk management, payment, and cash management products to Canadian businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on FX and treasury matters.
  • Develop regional sales strategies and leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, supported by internal onboarding and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with global sales and product teams to ensure exceptional client delivery and experience.
  • Record activity and client interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce) and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in FX sales, financial services, fintech, or B2B lending.
  • Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets and managing the full sales process.
  • Strong understanding of FX products, international payments, and treasury services.
  • An existing client network in the Toronto or Ontario market is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members is a plus.
  • Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and commercial acumen.
  • Fluent in English.
